1. Purpose of Verification

Naijamp3express verification is designed to:

Confirm the authenticity of artists, performers, and music-related brands.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for verification, an artist must meet all of the following:

Basic Eligibility

Must be a real artist, performer, or registered music-related brand.

Must have at least two (2) published tracks on Naijamp3express and other 2-3 recognized music platforms.

Must maintain an active online presence, such as good looking social media accounts, YouTube channel, or official website.

Must provide valid government-issued ID for individuals or official business registration documents for labels/brands.

Demonstrated engagement on Naijamp3express (uploading music, interacting with fans).

Industry recognition, such as awards, press mentions, or collaborations with other verified artists.

3. Verification Submission Requirements

Artists requesting verification must submit:

1. Full legal name and stage name.

2. Government-issued ID (or official business documents for brands/labels).

3. Links to social media accounts, streaming platforms, and/or official websites.

4. High-quality profile photo or brand logo.

5. Optional supporting evidence: press mentions, awards, or proof of fanbase.

4. Verification Process

1. Submission: Artists submit verification requests via the Naijamp3express verification form.

2. Initial Review: Naijamp3express team reviews documents, links, and online presence.

3. Approval or Rejection: Decision communicated via email or artist dashboard.

4. Badge Assignment: Verified artists receive a visible badge on their profile and name.

Displayed on the artist’s profile and next to their name in searches, playlists, and song listings.

Signifies trust and authenticity to fans and industry professionals.

Only verified artists may access certain premium features, such as featured playlists or priority uploads.

6. Verification Renewal and Removal

Verification may expire after 2 years to ensure continued activity.

Profiles may be demoted or removed if found inactive, fraudulent, or violating platform rules.

Artists may appeal the removal by contacting support with updated verification documents.

7. Policies and Compliance

Verified artists must comply with Naijamp3express platform rules, including:

No copyright infringement.

No impersonation or misleading information.

Verification does not guarantee monetization, promotion, or special placement, but serves as a trust indicator.

Naijamp3express reserves the right to deny verification at its discretion.
