NAIJAMP3EXPRESS MONTHLY SHOWS
OFFICIAL TERMS OF QUALIFICATION FOR ARTISTS
To qualify for performance at any Naijamp3express Monthly Show, every artist must meet the following requirements:
1. ARTIST PROFILE REQUIREMENT
Every artist must have an official artist profile on the Naijamp3express website, including their biography, profile picture and available music.
2. MUSIC AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENT
All songs an artist intends to perform at the Naijamp3express Monthly Shows must be published and available on the Naijamp3express website before the event.
3. SHOW REGISTRATION
Every artist must complete the official registration process for each monthly edition they intend to participate in. Registration for one edition does not automatically qualify an artist for subsequent editions.
4. COMPLIANCE WITH OFFICIAL RULES
Every artist must read, understand and obey all rules, regulations and instructions established by Naijamp3express and its event organisers.
5. PERFORMANCE PROFESSIONALISM
Artists must demonstrate professionalism, good stage conduct and respect for the event, organisers, fellow performers and audience.
6. PROMOTIONAL COMMITMENT
Every selected artist must support the promotion of the show by sharing official event flyers, announcements and promotional materials on their social media platforms.
7. PUNCTUALITY AND ATTENDANCE
Selected artists must arrive at the venue at their assigned time and be available for their scheduled performances.
8. ORIGINALITY AND MUSIC RIGHTS
Artists must ensure that their songs and performance materials do not violate copyright laws or infringe on the rights of other individuals or organisations.
9. PERFORMANCE READINESS
Every artist must be adequately prepared to perform their approved songs within the allocated performance time.
10. GOOD CONDUCT
Artists must avoid violence, fighting, harassment, unnecessary arguments and any behaviour capable of disrupting the event or damaging the reputation of Naijamp3express.
11. APPROVAL AND SELECTION
Meeting the qualification requirements does not automatically guarantee a performance slot. All applications are subject to review, approval and selection by the Naijamp3express organising team.
12. DISCIPLINARY ACTION
Naijamp3express reserves the right to reject, suspend or disqualify any artist who violates these terms or engages in conduct considered harmful to the organisation or its events.
13. NO AUTOMATIC SELECTION
Successful registration does not guarantee selection or a performance opportunity. Only artists officially approved by the Naijamp3express organising team will be included in the performance lineup.
14. SONG SUBMISSION DEADLINE
Artists must submit all songs intended for their performances before the deadline announced by the organisers. Late song submissions may not be accepted.
15. AUTHORISED STAGE PERFORMANCE
Only officially approved and scheduled artists are permitted to perform on the Naijamp3express Monthly Shows stage. Unauthorised stage performances will not be permitted.
16. ARTIST PROFILE MAINTENANCE
Artists are responsible for ensuring that their biographies, profile pictures, music and other information published on the Naijamp3express website are accurate and up to date.
FINAL DECLARATION
By registering for any Naijamp3express Monthly Show, every artist acknowledges and agrees to comply with these official qualification terms and all additional instructions communicated by the organisers.
OFFICIAL QUALIFICATION PRINCIPLE
NO ARTIST PROFILE – NO MUSIC ON NAIJAMP3EXPRESS – NO REGISTRATION – NO PERFORMANCE.
Naijamp3express reserves the right to enforce these requirements for all its Monthly Shows.
